Who Is Phlegatrix? Who Cares?

Born in the city of Liverpool, England, in the early 'seventies... blah, blah.

Who cares? It's not as though I'm actually going to tell you, anyway. Suffice it to say that I live in the North of England with my wife, my beautiful baby girl, three cats and a dog called Barkie. I work in the day for a leading telecomunications company (guess who!) and, before the birth of our daughter, worked at night to change the world through Digital Magic.

Having for the most part put such foolish ideas behind me, I still maintain (on a very casual basis) my membership with hAcKuK, one of the least known, longest running hacking crews in this part of the world, where I assist in editing "Eeek!" and have notional responsibility for the training of a small group of hacking neophytes (I take no responsibility for their actions: inevitably young hackers will cause mischief, but hey!...what can you do?).

Although I try to keep a close eye on developments, the pressures (and pleasures) of wife, child, pets, job and approaching senility mean that I no longer follow the 'scene' as avidly as I used to, and I hack almost not at all. Still, sensible enquiries and/or requests will reach me at
